Oscar Hernandez started Multi Pallets with nothing. No warehouse. No crew. No truck. Just him, outside in the cold, repairing pallets by hand — through Illinois winters, learning the business from the ground up.
He came to this country with a goal to build something real. He learned the pallet industry from experienced operators who mentored him, learned English along the way, and earned every customer relationship through hard work and follow-through. Not marketing. Not connections. Just showing up every single day.
When times got hard, he took equity out of his house to keep the business running. He didn't walk away. He didn't downsize. He bet on himself and kept going.
Eighteen years later, Multi Pallets is a family operation with its own trucks, its own warehouse, and a reputation built entirely on referrals. Oscar still runs it the same way he always has — respond fast, do what you said you would, and never let a customer down.
