Oscar Hernandez started Multi Pallets with no warehouse, no crew and no truck. He repaired pallets by hand outside, through Illinois winters, and learned the trade from experienced operators who mentored him.
Today it is a family operation with its own trucks and its own warehouse, and most of the work comes from referrals. Oscar still runs it the way he started: answer fast, do what you said, never let a customer down.
